Responsibilities:
Implementing the daily routine and support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Supporting children in acquiring new skills appropriate for their age and ability.
Fostering children's confidence through engaging and fun activities
Recording observations in our parent portal
Work collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's day and development.
Using initiative to ensure children have a joyful experience
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a clear DBS check
Provide details for 2 referees
Reliable commute or relocate
Work authorization in the United Kingdom
A caring and patient attitude with a genuine passion for working with children.
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting.
