Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Support the Nursery team in delivering engaging activities and educational programmes
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Help manage children's behaviour and promote positive interactions
- Contribute to the cleanliness and organisation of the Nursery
Skills
- Ability to drive positive outcomes for children
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide young minds
- Experience working with children in a Nursery or childcare setting
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
