bambooh Day Nurseries is looking for a committed and enthusiastic General Nursery Assistant to join our team. As a General Nursery Assistant, you will play an important part in helping the nursery run smoothly each day. You'll support practitioners, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and help create an environment where children can thrive.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting practitioners with preparing, setting out and resetting activities Helping maintain clean, tidy and hygienic rooms across the nursery Supporting food preparation and mealtime routines Being an extra set of eyes and hands for the team in busy rooms Helping ensure safe, calm and organised environments for children Supporting whole-team routines, including tidying, transitions and room organisation

What We're Looking For:

A reliable and proactive person with a positive attitude Someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team An interest in Early Years and child development Ability to follow nursery procedures to maintain health, hygiene and safety Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Experience in Early Years is helpful but not essential. If you are interested in gaining a childcare qualification, bambooh is committed to supporting your training and professional development.
