Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team in SE6. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the care and education of children, contributing to their early development and well-being within our nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery. Support the planning and implementation of educational activities. Foster a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high-quality childcare. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery setting. Observe and document children's development and behavior. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting (not necessary) Knowledge of early childhood education principles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are preferred but not mandatory.
