Job Overview

Supporting the nursery teams with In-room practice Activity Planning - develop and implement engaging and educational activities Observations - conduct and document child and peer-to-peer observations Maintain and update child reports and our online learning journal (I-Connect) Parent consultations - arrange and conduct regular child progress meetings Displays on site - update, review, refine Lunch covers management - Oversee and supervise as necessary to ensure all children are well supervise Nursery stock Relationship management - foster and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders On site monitoring - monitor and and report on-site operational aspects such as utilities Ofsted-readiness - assist Manager in preparing for inspections, including updates to the EYFS framework
Qualifications - Experience working with young children in a Nursery setting at least for 3 years prior- A recognised qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Leadership qualities to guide and support other staff members - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining an organised approach

Responsibilities



Assist in the daily management of nursery operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Support early childhood education initiatives by planning and implementing engaging activities. Foster effective communication with parents and staff to address children's needs and progress. Supervise and mentor nursery staff, promoting teamwork and professional development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-34,000.00 per year
