Nursery Assistant Manager

Requirements:

Previous experience in an Ofsted rated Outstanding nursery, or within a management structure in an Ofsted Good or above rated nursery. Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification 2 years' experience in a senior role within a nursery/preschool setting Kind, approachable, empathetic, calm and self-motivated Ability to motivate, manage and work effectively within a team Strong understanding of the EYFS and current Early Years Inspection Framework Thorough knowledge of child safeguarding and welfare Full-time availability, 40 hours per week across 5 days

Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Maintain high standards within the nursery, meeting EYFS requirements Provide leadership and support to staff Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures and EYFS guidelines Promote positive relationships with parents, carers and outside agencies Support with staff training, recruitment and development Assist in administrative duties and regulatory compliance
