About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring
Nursery Assistant
to join our team. You'll support our Educators in creating meaningful, play-based experiences that follow children's interests and developmental needs.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working with children with experience of being around children or is keen to start or grow a career in early years education.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of engaging, child-led activities in line with EYFS principles.
Help to create a welcoming, stimulating, and safe environment both indoors and outdoors.
Build warm, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, reflect, and contribute to children's learning journeys and documentation.
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence in every child.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Warm, caring, and passionate about early childhood education.
A great communicator with a team-focused attitude.
Eager to learn and develop professionally.
Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to get involved in all aspects of nursery life.
No formal qualifications are required -- full training and support will be provided.
Opportunities are available to work towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification through our apprenticeship scheme.
