Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Assistant - Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire HP9

Salary:

12.80-13.50 per hour (Level 2 & 3) / Up to 20,885pa

OR

12.21 per hour (UNQ) / 18,889.95pa (The salary is spread equally over 12 months)

Hours:

Monday-Friday | 36.5 hours/week | Term time only (38 weeks) | Permanent

Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-4:15pm Friday: 8:15am-3:15pm

We are seeking a dedicated

Nursery Practitioner or Assistant

to join our beautiful term-time preschool in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (HP9).

Our newly refurbished setting provides a caring and enriching environment for children aged rising 2s to rising 5s, including a lovely outdoor area. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your childcare skills and gain further experience in a supportive and nurturing team.

Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of childcare and early education Support children's learning and development in line with EYFS Plan and implement engaging, interest-led activities Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team Contribute to the smooth running and development of the nursery

About You

1+ years' experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role

Committed to outdoor learning and inclusive practice Excellent communication skills with parents and carers Eligible to work in the UK
