Temporary Nursery Assistant

to support our team during a busy period.

The Role:

As a Temporary Nursery Assistant, you'll work alongside our experienced staff to care for and support children's learning and development. You'll help create a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment while ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily routines and activities for children aged 0-5 Engage children in play and learning experiences Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Assist with meal times, toileting, and general care routines Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations Follow nursery policies, including safeguarding and health & safety

About You:

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly and support where needed Desirable: Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, however not essential for the right candidate, Desirable: Previous experience working with young children
