Nursery Bank Staff
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bank Staff / Play Workers to join our team.
This flexible role involves covering staff holidays and sickness across our nursery setting. You will work closely with our permanent team to create a fun, caring, and stimulating environment that supports every child's learning and development.
Key responsibilities:
Support daily routines and planned activities.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging play environment.
Follow safeguarding and health and safety policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in early years or playwork preferred.
A positive, caring attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice.
