Summary

We are seeking passionate a Nursery Bank Staff to join our team at NurtureVille Nursery in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their well-being and development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of the nursery by providing high-quality care for children. Assist in planning and implementing engaging educational activities. Foster a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery setting. Observe and assess children's development and report findings. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall nursery experience. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant childcare qualifications are preferred but not mandatory. A passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
