Overview


We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Bank Staff to join our team, providing essential support in our nursery environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children. As a Nursery Bank Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children while supporting the permanent staff.

Responsibilities



Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Support the planning and implementation of educational programmes in line with early years frameworks. Maintain effective communication with children, parents, and staff to foster a positive nursery atmosphere. Help with the organisation of resources and materials to create an inviting learning environment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of childcare are met consistently. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills in childcare and early childhood education.

Qualifications



Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred. A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, to interact positively with children and parents. A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing to their growth and development.
