Job Description
We are looking for reliable and caring
Bank Nursery Practitioners
to join our friendly team at Bridges Day Nursery in Headcorn.This role is ideal for qualified practitioners or those currently working towards a childcare qualification who are looking for flexible work to support staff cover, holidays, and busy periods.
About the role
You will support children across the nursery, helping to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with the EYFS. Shifts will be offered on an ad hoc basis, with flexibility to suit both the nursery and the practitioner.
What we are looking for
Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification preferred (or working towards) A genuine passion for working with young children A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team Willingness to work across different age groups

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
