Salary: 12.25 to 14.50 an hour (depending on qualification)
Contract: 0 hour contract, working between 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bank Staff to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their development and learning through play-based activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a drive for excellence in early childhood education. At Fairlands we have extensive outside facilities including a playground, forest school, field and vegetable plot. Safeguarding is paramount to our nursery and is at the forefront of all that we do. A DBS check will be required.
Responsibilities
Create and implement engaging fun activities that consider the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build positive relationships.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education and childcare.
Experience
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is desired but not essential.
Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for childcare and the development of young children is crucial.
