Puddleducks North Finchley is looking for a wonderful new chef to join the family :)

Are you working in the food industry? Would you like to use your experience and work inn a wonderful place making children smile from ear to ear? Well come and join the team and be the new nursery chef, providing the children with nutritious and healthy meals and snacks.

The expected hours are 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, ALL YEAR

We are looking for a passionate and reliable individual who has experience working in a kitchen and even better if you have experience working in an early years setting too!

Responsibilities:

Culinary qualifications or certifications in food preparation and nutrition Experience in preparing meals for children, focusing on healthy and balanced diets (preferable) Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to create diverse menus catering to various dietary needs Strong organizational skills and ability to manage kitchen inventory Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and parents Weekly shopping for groceries and additional consumables (online) L2 in Food Hygiene/Catering is desirable but can be provided should the correct candidate require this
The role requires the candidate to have an Enhanced DBS check, this can be provided if successful in the role.
