At St. George's Nursery, Aylestone, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Childcare Lead to join our leadership team. If you're someone who flourishes in a vibrant, engaging setting and enjoys creating a difference in young children's lives, this could be the ideal role for you!
What will you be doing?
Supporting Our Incredible Team and Rooms:
You'll play a vital role in developing our caring staff and shaping areas where children thrive through discovery and play.
Creating a Safe and Stimulating Space:
You'll help maintain settings that ignite creativity, exploration, and a love for learning.
Engaging with Parents and Carers:
Keeping families updated about their child's development and experiences throughout their journey with us.
Shaping the Future of Early Years:
You'll help influence and evolve our curriculum, standards, and methods to ensure we remain pioneers in the field.
Leading Curriculum Planning:
Overseeing high-quality Early Years planning aligned with EYFS principles and beyond.
Mentoring and Inspiring Staff:
You'll identify growth opportunities, lead learning sessions, and promote peer-to-peer learning within the team. After all, progress is better together!

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
