Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and presentable for both staff and visitors. The hours will be 3.5 hours a day and could be from 5pm in the evening. current hours are 5-8.30pm daily.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors as required. Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting or moving equipment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques or processes related to cleaning.
