Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. You will also be responsible for serving snack (fruit) and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas. Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Handle waste disposal and recycling according to established procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests in a timely manner. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication. You will need to complete Food safety and hygiene (Level 2) and allergy awareness courses (provided by us) Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Good communication skills, enabling clear dialogue with team members and clients alike. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness are crucial for success in this position.

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
