Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our nursery facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas are hygienic, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of nursery rooms, play areas, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and other floor care techniques to ensure safety and cleanliness Disinfect surfaces regularly to prevent the spread of germs and maintain hygiene standards Empty bins in all rooms. Restock cleaning supplies and ensure cleaning cupboards are organized and stocked for daily use Follow all safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage

Skills

Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and proper handling procedures Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards Good organizational skills for managing supplies and maintaining cleanliness schedules Ability to work independently
