Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The position is paid and suitable for applicants with a keen eye for detail and good organisational skills. Prior experience is not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain cleanliness in designated areas such as offices, communal spaces, and washrooms Ensure waste disposal is carried out efficiently and hygienically Restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly Assist with specialised cleaning requests or additional duties as required

Skills

Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact courteously with colleagues and clients Customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for visitors or clients when applicable Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain high standards of cleanliness Basic driving skills are desirable for roles requiring travel between sites or collection of supplies Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision Attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to standard

Pay: 12.21 per hour
