Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and meet our high standards. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment. Ensure that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report any shortages. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests or feedback promptly and professionally. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. A Valid DBS Certificate is required Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
