Salary 10.00- 12.21 dependant on age and experiance

About Us:

Cherrytown is a lovely, homely environment with a beautiful large garden. My team have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Half of the team working for Cherry Childcare for over five years and a third for over 15 years. The nursery has three separate aged group rooms for the children on two levels., All equipment supports the age and stage of the children. We have flexibility within the ages. Each child is looked at individually to ensure their needs are met appropriately. They are in the best place for them to grow and develop socially, emotionally, and educationally. Cherrytown has received fantastic feedback on how welcoming their staff are, which is reflected in the many team members who have dedicated long service to the nursery. The nursery is located on Branksome Hill and is easily accessible, with close proximity to both the M3 and A331. It also provides free parking for staff.

As Nursery Cleaner, you will:

Be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of communal areas, including toilets, to ensure that the nursery environment is safe, clean, tidy, and professional standards are maintained. This includes washing, dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning, and sweeping as appropriate. Taking responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and others, adhering to organisations policies and procedures and having an awareness of safeguarding children. Understanding the importance of the nursery environment, resources, safety, and hygiene and adhering to COSSH datasheets for cleaning materials.

As Nursery Cleaner, you will need:

Previous cleaning experience - essential Fluent in written and spoken English - essential. Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and COSHH. - desirable Understands the importance of safeguarding and site security - desirable.
