Job Overview

Monique Montessori is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and parents. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations Restock cleaning supplies and report any equipment issues promptly Ensure all areas are secure after cleaning procedures are completed Communicate effectively with team members to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to minimise risks during cleaning activities

Qualifications

No formal qualifications or previous experience is required. Initial training in basic cleaning methods and the use of associated materials and equipment will be provided within the induction period. Good communication skills in English are essential for effective teamwork and interaction. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.45-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
