Role Responsibilities

Carry out daily cleaning of all nursery areas including playrooms, communal spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms. Ensure hygiene protocols are followed to the highest standard, including disinfection routines and correct use of cleaning products. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning stock. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the Nursery Manager. Support occasional deep cleans and preparations for nursery events and open days. Work safely and sensitively around children, families, and team members during operating hours.

You are thorough, reliable, and take pride in keeping environments clean and hygienic. You understand the importance of working in a childcare setting and value safeguarding and confidentiality. You can work independently and manage time effectively. You're happy to work flexibly to support the needs of the nursery.
