Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are crucial for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
