Nursery Cook And Housekeeper
Job Description
We are looking for a Nursery Cook and Housekeeper to work at our Prestwich setting 5 days a week 10am to 3pm. Some flexibility on hours may be possible.
The main parts of the role will be preparing and serving the children's meals, tidying up and cleaning the main areas daily.
Based within Prestwich this setting has indoor classroom, kitchen and toilet facilities. A large part of this role will be to maintain high standards of cleanliness in these spaces to ensure we are adhering to health and safety policies.
You will prepare the children's hot lunch and teatime snacks. This will involve basic food preparation as much of the food is pre-prepared. A level 2 food hygiene certificate will be required.
This role is diverse with elements of kitchen support, cooking and cleaning alongside supporting the childcare staff with break and lunch cover throughout the session.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.36 per hour
