We have a Nursery Cook position available within our beautiful and spacious brand new state of the art nursery in the heart of Hebburn.

What does the role entail?

Comply with health and safety-fire safety, risk assessments, food hygiene etc.
Communicate with line management.
To follow the policies and procedures set by the nursery.
To maintain high standards set out by environmental health.
To maintain and organise all paperwork set out by safer food better business.
To follow menus on a daily basis.
Record shopping list required for the following week on a Monday after shopping has been delivered.
You are responsible to rotate foods and organise your kitchen daily.
Be a good role model to the rest of your team and work as part of the nursery team.
Act as a suitable role model to all children and colleagues with regards to your attitude appearance and conduct.
To attend staff training and staff meetings.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
