We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills and a genuine passion for food. Ideally the candidate will have experience in working within a nursery environment and will have knowledge of all current legislation regarding health and hygiene when working with food and the paper work requirements attached to commercial kitchen work including the booklet 'Safer food better business'. A good knowledge of food allergies and intolerance is essential.
Standard hours will be set but we may on occasion require a certain amount of flexibility.
Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for the general running of the kitchen, this will include but is not exhaustive of:
Planning
Stock rotation
Food preparation
Cooking
Serving
Pot washing
General cleanliness of the kitchen area
Keeping documents and logs up to date
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
