Nursery Cook
Job Description
Little Beans are currently looking to recruit a Nursery Cook / Chef for our Little Beans nursery.
The role would include the following tasks:
- Making healthy and nutritious meals for the children
- High standard of food hygiene
- Weekly cookery lesson with the Little Beans
- Monthly stock take
- Weekly and daily kitchen checks
- Ordering supplies/food shop from Tesco
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
- Keeping up to date with children's allergies/dietary requirements
Essential - Certificate in food handling and hygiene and relevant qualifications and experience in catering
Desirable - An Early Years qualification / experience working in a childcare setting.
This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and a minimum of 2 satisfactory references.
Working Hours - 8am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
