Nursery Cook - Maternity cover
An opportunity for a Nursery Cook to work alongside our catering team preparing meals for our group of nurseries within RCT and Merthyr.
Responsibility for preparing, cooking and delivering nutritional, freshly prepared meals for the children in our care.
The individual will be responsible for adhering to strict food hygiene regulations, HACCP and safety procedures, stock control and cleanliness.
Food Safety Level 3 desirable, with training provided to achieve Level 3 if Level 2 held currently. Understanding dietary requirements and knowledge of allergens is essential.
A full driving licence and confident driver is required for this position
as the role will include driving a company vehicle to deliver meals to our various nurseries.An Enhanced DBS is required to be undertaken as part of the recruitment process. Weekly Rota Required for this role, typical ours are below but can be discussed during interview stage:
Monday - Friday (8am until 2pm)
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: 12.21 per hour
