At Teeny Haven, we are passionate about creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. We are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in leading our dedicated team and delivering outstanding care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of early years practitioners Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff Assist with administrative duties including rota planning, staff supervision, and Ofsted readiness
What We're Looking For:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (Level 5 desirable) At least 2 years' experience in a senior nursery role Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for early years development
