Location:

Cranford, Hounslow (TW5)

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, shifts between 7:30am and 6pm)

From 30,000 per year

Lullabies Day Nursery is a friendly and growing nursery based in the heart of Cranford, Hounslow. We provide high-quality childcare and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years, offering a warm, home-from-home environment where every child can play, learn and thrive.

We are looking for an

experienced Deputy Nursery Manager

to join our leadership team.
You'll help support daily operations, lead your room team, and ensure the highest standards of care and education.

Your Role as Deputy Nursery Manager

Support the Nursery Manager with the daily running of the setting Lead and manage your room team to deliver excellent childcare Maintain high standards in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements Oversee planning, observations and assessments for children's learning Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusion policies are followed Build strong and positive relationships with parents and carers Support staff supervision, appraisals and training Step up in the Manager's absence to ensure smooth operation

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years / Childcare Experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner or Deputy Manager Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills A warm, positive and professional attitude
