Parkside Day Nursery

is located near Hessle in a beautiful Victorian Property which is being fully restored ready for opening to provide 48 places for children from birth to 5.

We are looking for a driven, motivated Deputy Manager who lead the Preschool & will embed the company's ethos around providing a high quality, child-led approach to early years childcare & education. Where holistic opportunities are given for children to develop a lifelong love of learning in line with the companies educational programme.

Children have to be key in everything you do & to be a supportive Play Buddy is a must.

The ideal candidate will already have proven experience in supervising or room leading in a childcare facility, be capable of following established policies & procedures, working alongside an experienced Manager & Senior Management team.

Safeguarding experience is essential as well as a knowledge of SEN & Health & Safety. A proven desire to promote teamwork within the Parkside 'family', embed a sustainability ethos & a sense of community with everyone who uses the nursery.

A minimum of an Level 3 Early Years Qualification is a must & at least 3 years post qualifying early years experience is desired.

Parkside Day Nursery is committed to Safer Recruitment & all successful candidates will have to undertake DBS checks, PFA & references as part of the selection process.

Salary: 28,600 per year.
