Deputy Manager

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Support in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of service. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and conducting regular evaluations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across the organisation. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet organisational objectives. Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in using standard office software applications; familiarity with management software is an advantage. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
