Teddy Wilf's Nurseries are looking for an Under Two's Room Leader and Deputy Manager to join our BRAND NEW team at Teddy Wilf's @ Shopwyke! We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the management of our nurseries, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in early childhood education, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and parents.

Now, we appreciate that it may seem like we're always advertising for staff, but Teddy Wilf's Nurseries has doubled in size in the last 18 months, and we are looking for dedicated and experienced practitioner to join our growing team.

The role:

45 hours per week (Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:30pm) Working with children aged 3 - 24 months Full Time, Permanent Contract Starting salary is negotiable depending on applicant's experience and qualifications A full and relevant Level 3 Qualification is essential Experience of working in Early Years environment is essential with room leading experience. To provide a fun and varied curriculum (learning through play) for all children within the Nursery and to understand the needs of each individual child in our care. To observe, assess and plan for children within the Nursery using the Early Years Foundations Stage and provide feedback to Parents and Carers about their children's progress.
