Golden Lane Children's Centre is part of Prior Weston School, which is in the modern, purpose built Golden Lane Campus building.
The Campus is an exciting community hub offering educational opportunities to everyone from babies to parents and carers. Golden Lane Children's Centre plays a major role in this by offering education, services and support to children under 5 and their families. The Campus is situated adjacent to the Barbican Centre and the lively Whitecross Street market.
We are seeking to employ an Early Years Education Support Worker to work as part of our and nursery room team. We are looking for a person who is reliable and flexible, who can show initiative and work as part of a team and who are committed to our aim of ensuring the best possible outcomes for all children aged 0-4.
Early Years Education Worker - Nursery Room
Salary Grade: Scale 5, Spine Point 12-15
Salary Range - 34,359-35,892
Full Time post, 35 hours week
Candidates must be able to work shifts on a rota basis determined by the needs of the Centre, which delivers childcare from 8am-6pm.
The role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-4, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
