Join Our Monkey Club - Qualified Early Years Practitioner Opportunity (Term Time Only)

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join the team at

Our Monkey Club

at our Swadlincote Centre, Robian Way. This is a

term-time only role

, working

Monday to Friday, 0830-1530

, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for play, curiosity, and child-led learning.

We're looking for a qualified practitioner with a

full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator (or equivalent)

qualification. Experience in the sector is essential - but more importantly, we're after someone warm, enthusiastic, and ready to be part of a collaborative, reflective team.

What the role involves:

Being a

key person

for a small group of children -- building strong relationships and supporting their development Contributing to planning, observations and assessments that spark joy and engagement Working closely with a supportive centre team and wider organisation of practitioners Advocating for playful, curiosity-driven, high-quality early years experiences every day
