We're now seeking a

dynamic Early Years Manager

to lead our

Aylestone

nursery. This is your opportunity to be at the centre of it all: driving excellence in childcare, motivating a passionate team, and working hand-in-hand with our Business Manager to ensure the nursery runs smoothly, every single day.

What You'll Do

Take overall responsibility for day-to-day nursery operations Lead, inspire and develop a dedicated team of practitioners Partner with the Business Manager on staffing, budgets and compliance Build strong relationships with families and the wider community Deliver outstanding EYFS practice and exceed Ofsted standards Create a safe, fun and nurturing environment where every child flourishes
What We're Looking For

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

Previous experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in early years Confident leadership and people skills - you bring out the best in others Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements Paediatric First Aid & Safeguarding training (or willingness to update)
