Nursery Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
Highland Fling Nursery are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated practitioner to join our skilled and dynamic team based in Portobello, Edinburgh. As part of the Forbes group, Highland Fling currently offer childcare to children from age 2 to 5, and provide funded childcare in partnership with the City Edinburgh Council. We are open to full or part time positions for the right candidate, with our operating hours running from 8am to 6pm, 51 weeks of the year. We require an SVQ3 or equivalent, along with registration with either the SSSC or GTC. Our staff team work hard to offer stimulating and varied learning opportunities, whilst establishing strong and nurturing relationships with children and their families. We are a welcoming team with a great gender balance, who prioritise outdoor learning, instilling a love of nature and supporting children to lead their own learning. We encourage our team members to share their passions and interests with our children, providing a rich and varied early learning experience for all.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.29 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
