We are launching a new home-away-from-home children's nursery in Dartford from January 2026, and we are excited to welcome passionate, caring and committed Early Years professionals to join our team.
We are looking for full-time, part time or flexible practitioners who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and are eager to help build a warm, supportive and inspiring learning environment for our children.
About the Role
Caring for children aged 0-4 years, addressing their daily needs and supporting physical and cognitive development
Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning activities that reflect EYFS development pillars.
Maintain safeguarding, hygiene and health & safety standards
Promote a positive, warm and environment for children and wider nursery team.
Requirements for the role:
Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare
Minimum 1 year experience in early years settings
Strong knowledge of the latest EYFS and safeguarding policies and procedure.
Confident communication skills (spoken and written English)
Warm, nurturing approach and genuine passion for working with babies, toddlers and pre-school children
Proactive suggestion and implementation of activities that support children's learning and development.
Enhanced DBS (updated service preferred, not essential)
