Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | All year round

Your Role as Field Deputy Manager

Provide hands-on support across multiple nursery settings Champion the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of children, families, and staff Support and model outstanding EYFS practice across all rooms Manage medication and care plans with diligence and empathy Motivate and mentor teams with creativity and consistency Maintain accurate records using the EyMan system Contribute to continuous improvement and Ofsted readiness

What You'll Bring:

Level 3 Childcare Qualification

- essential

Must have a Valid Driving Licence

Leadership experience

in an early years setting - essential

1+ year in Early Years

- essential Strong knowledge of

EYFS and safeguarding

- essential

Level 5 qualification

in Childcare or Leadership - desirable Experience achieving

Good or Outstanding

in Ofsted - desirable
