Hours

: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)

: Early Buds Nursery, East London

Pay

: 12.80 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Nursery Housekeeper

to support our teaching team in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming learning environment for young children.

About the Role:

As a key part of our nursery team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring that our indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and ready for children to enjoy every day. From tidying classrooms and setting up for mealtimes to managing laundry and organising deliveries, your attention to detail will help us maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation throughout the setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Keeping entrance and shared areas clean and inviting Supporting teachers in keeping classrooms and learning areas tidy throughout the day Preparing classrooms for mealtimes and clearing away afterwards Managing daily laundry and ensuring resources are clean and well-stocked Emptying bins and storing deliveries in the correct areas Maintaining cleanliness and safety outdoors in our garden and play areas Ensuring fire exits are clear, spillages are cleaned promptly, and hazards are reported
