Job Description

This job is Monday - Friday around 10 hours per week between 5.45pm-8pm. Occasional overtime when required for full nursery deep clean. Please only apply if this is suitable to you as an individual with these work hours.

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes

Experience: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Excellent time management skills to prioritize work effectively
