Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, suitably qualified, and inspirational Nursery professional on a full time contract. The successful candidate will work with children aged 2 to 5 years, providing support across the EYFS during term time and, under the direction of the Head of EYFS, leading our bespoke Treetops holiday provision for children aged 3 to 4 years during non-term time.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute across all EYFS at Mowden Hall, collaborating with colleagues to support high-quality provision throughout the school year, while also assuming a leadership role within the holiday programme. The role combines teamwork with the responsibility of leading practice, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing environment for all children.

About You

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above, you will be responsible for delivering a well-structured curriculum and creating engaging activities that provide children with a safe, stimulating, and organised environment. As a strong team member, you will work alongside other team members to deliver the planned programme of activities.

With excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships with parents, supporting them in their child's education and development. Committed to best practices in Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety, you will follow statutory guidelines and regulations to ensure all children are safe, supported, and fully included.

Our Nursery opens between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m, for 50 weeks of the year.
