We're looking for a

Level 3 qualified Room Leader

to join our beautiful nursery in Pontypool. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values creativity, care, and high-quality early years education.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and inspiring your room team to deliver outstanding childcare and learning experiences. Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child in your care.
What we're looking for:

Level 3 qualification

in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting. A positive, caring, and proactive attitude. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Enhanced DBS

(or willingness to obtain one).
