Job Description

Do you have a passion for early years education and the leadership skills to inspire a team? We're looking for an enthusiastic Third in Charge to join our friendly, supportive nursery team.

About the Role



As our Third in Charge, you'll play a key role in supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy to deliver outstanding care and education. You'll take responsibility for the smooth running of the nursery when they're away, lead by example in your own room, and help mentor and develop the team.

What You'll Do



Support the management team in the daily running of the nursery. Lead your room, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning in line with EYFS. Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusion. Contribute to a fun, nurturing, and inspiring environment for all children.

What We're Looking For



Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification. Experience in a senior or room leader role within an early years setting. Strong EYFS knowledge and a commitment to delivering excellence. Confident leader and team player with great communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 27,000.00-27,500.00 per year
