Salary: 40,000-45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 36 hours over 4 days | Shifts between 7am-7pm
Contract: Full-time / All Year Round

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a high-performing nursery team Manage operations, compliance, and Ofsted standards Oversee curriculum delivery and quality education Build strong relationships with staff and parents Manage budgets, resources, and administration

About You

Previous Nursery Manager experience essential Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification Proven Ofsted track record ("Good" or "Outstanding") Confident leader with strong safeguarding knowledge Excellent communicator with a passion for Early Years
