We are excited to to find an

Experienced Nursery Manger,

who can grow and run this nursery as if their own, with passion, drive and enthusiasm.?

We are situated in the heart of Portslade. We offer high quality childcare, in the most incredible setting in the area. ?

We understand that the first years of a child's life, are the most important - children flourish most when they feel safe and secure.

We aim to encourage independence and individuality, through positive experiences.

Our setting offers a huge array of toys and equipment and has daily, meticulously planned activities, to meet each child's individual needs. The outdoors is very important to us - we want to be able to offer opportunities, rain or shine.

We have weekly Forest School sessions, which helps to boost happiness, health and learning through outdoor play and adventure.

We are now looking for an amazing Nursery Manager to bring enthusiasm, passion and EYFS expertise to our team!

Salary

: 37,000 to 42,000 per annum - Depending on Experience/Qualifications

Hours/Days:

4 Days, Tuesday to Friday (Mondays off) 40 hours per week, 8am - 6pm 50 week working year / Permanent

Nursery Manager Responsibilities

Leading and managing the nursery team Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Creating and implementing engaging educational programs Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager Experience

Minimum Level 3 in Childcare

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management A passion for early childhood education and development Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standard Be eligible to work in the UK
