The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the success of the setting, ensuring the nursery runs smoothly, effectively, and to the highest standards. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations including staffing, curriculum, budgets, and administration Lead the delivery of a high-quality EYFS curriculum Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted compliance Recruit, inspire, and develop a motivated, high-performing team Build strong relationships with families and the local community Manage occupancy levels and drive financial performance Maintain inspection readiness and continuous improvement
About You

Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable) Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills A genuine passion for inclusive, high-quality childcare
