Summary

We are seeking a Nursery Manager to lead our team at the Durham area. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of childcare, and fostering a positive environment for children and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare and educational services. Develop and implement policies that promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment. Coordinate curriculum planning in line with early childhood education standards. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Support staff development through training and mentorship. Engage with parents to ensure their needs are met and foster community relationships. Monitor operational budgets and resource allocation. Promote a positive team culture aligned with the company's values.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a nursery or early childhood education setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication abilities in English. Knowledge of childcare regulations and standards. Ability to motivate and develop staff. Valid driving license is preferred but not essential. Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
